London-born folk artist Seth Tabatznik has released “Infinite Beings,” a new single exploring self-discovery, acceptance, and the search for purpose. Released September 29, 2026, through MOTH Music (Mother of The Heart), the song is the second single from his forthcoming third album.

The release follows “Flow River Flow” and continues a period of activity for the musician, whose second album, Awakening Embers, arrived earlier this year.

A Personal Journey Beyond Achievement

At the center of “Infinite Beings” is Tabatznik’s account of moving away from an achievement-driven mindset toward a more expansive understanding of himself.

In a statement accompanying the release, he described a journey shaped by health struggles, uncertainty about his purpose, and years of self-exploration. He also cited retreats and plant medicine as influences on his personal outlook.

“This song journeys through health struggles and being lost in my purpose, inviting me to question my existence, ultimately guiding me into my heart and onto my soul path,” Tabatznik said.

His explanation places the song’s spiritual themes within a personal story: questioning the pursuit of approval and finding a sense of direction through reflection.

According to the release materials, the five-minute track features a harmonized duet that builds into a soaring chorus, with strings supporting its exploration of growth and acceptance. The announcement positions the single for listeners drawn to the reflective folk music of Passenger, Adrianne Lenker and Gregory Alan Isakov.

From London to South Africa’s Western Cape

Raised in London and now based in the mountains of South Africa’s Western Cape, Tabatznik draws on a connection to landscape, spirituality and lived experience.

His music blends acoustic folk with what his release materials describe as “medicine music,” emphasizing soulful harmonies, heartfelt lyrics and reverence for the earth.

The announcement credits Nick Mulvey with mentoring Tabatznik and helping shape Awakening Embers. It also identifies guitar teacher Rainer Scheurenbrand as an important source of inspiration.

Those influences form part of an artistic approach that connects songwriting with questions about identity, belonging and humanity’s relationship with nature.

Building Momentum in Indie Folk

Tabatznik began his recording career in 2024. According to the release announcement, he has since accumulated more than 600,000 Spotify streams and performed sold-out shows at Boschendal Estate in South Africa and Green Note in London’s Camden.

His earlier work has received coverage from 1883 Magazine, NOTION, CLASH and EARMILK. Electronic producer Deep Forest also remixed his song “Shining For Love.”

With “Infinite Beings,” Tabatznik introduces another chapter ahead of his third album, centering the release on the relationship between personal struggle and spiritual discovery. The supplied announcement does not specify an album title or release date.
