Transformers have been a popular franchise since the 1980s. Starting with Michael Bay directing the first five films: Transformers (2007), Revenge of the Fallen (2009), Dark of the Moon (2011), Age of Extinction (2014), and The Last Knight (2017), and has served as a producer for subsequent films. The sixth film Bumblebee was directed by Travis Knight and was released in December 2018, while the seventh film, Rise of the Beasts, was directed by Steven Caple Jr. which was just released in theaters this year. Classic “Transformers” claims the first position, followed closely by a spectacular addition to the Transformers franchise. “Bumblebee” in second place, which outshines the third-ranked “Transformers: The Last Knight.” The sixth spot is occupied by “Transformers: Dark of the Moon,” completing the lineup.
