Ron Busby, Sr., President & CEO of USBC, underscored the importance of this campaign by stating, “Let there be no doubt about it. This is an attack on the very foundations of what organizations like USBC and our partners have tirelessly fought for over decades. This concerted effort aims to undermine the substantial economic progress attained by Black business owners, especially Black women and minority businesses. Indeed, the outcome of this lawsuit could potentially trigger far-reaching consequences that would deeply impact the Black business community and the future prosperity of the U.S. economy.”

Join us in standing up for DEI values and supporting the Fearless Fund’s fight against this lawsuit. Together, we can ensure that the progress made in advancing economic opportunities for marginalized communities endures. Together, #WeAreAllFearless.
