The Denver Nuggets have signed guard Kentavious Caldwell-Pope to a multi-year contract extension, General Manager Calvin Booth announced today. Caldwell-Pope, 29, was recently acquired by Denver via trade from Washington.
He appeared in 77 games (all starts) for the Wizards last season, averaging 13.2 points, 3.4 rebounds, 1.9 assists, and 1.10 steals per game on 39.0% shooting from three and 89.0% from the charity stripe in 30.2 minutes per game.
