Miss Polo Universe USA Cancels 2026 Pageant, Announces Virtual Event for 2027

BUELLTON, Calif. — Organizers of the Miss Polo Universe USA Modest Pageant have announced the cancellation of the organization’s 2026 event, which was scheduled to take place on August 15.

According to a statement released by the organization, the decision followed serious health and disability symptoms affecting members of its leadership team. Organizers attributed those symptoms to what they described as unauthorized intelligence community activities. The statement did not provide independent evidence or additional documentation supporting that allegation.

Management said the health, safety, and well-being of its coordinators and participants remain its highest priorities. Organizers determined that canceling the in-person event was necessary to provide a safer and more accessible experience for everyone involved.

Following the cancellation, the organization will transition its upcoming pageant programming to an online format.

The 2027 Miss Polo Universe USA Modest Pageant is scheduled to be held virtually on Saturday, August 14, 2027, at 3 p.m. Pacific Time.

Organizers said additional information regarding registration, delegate applications, and streaming access will be released in the coming months.

The Miss Polo Universe USA program presents itself as a modest pageant platform celebrating confidence, leadership and personal achievement. Moving the competition online could allow delegates to participate without the travel and accessibility challenges associated with an in-person event.

Updates about the 2027 virtual pageant will be published on the official Miss Polo Universe USA website.
