CHANDLER, Ariz. — A new Halloween festival is coming to the Phoenix area. Aftershock and Relentless Beats will stage the first HEX festival October 30–31 at Rawhide Western Town & Event Center in Chandler, with Subtronics, Excision, INZO, and ATLiens topping the bass music lineup. Subtronics and INZO lead the Friday, October 30 lineup, joined by Badklaat, Dennett, Inaktiv, Izzy Vadim, Layz, Nikademis, Onara, Sora, and Linz.
Saturday, October 31 features Excision and ATLiens, along with Decimate, Hurtbox, Modal Nodes, Proxxxy, Riot Ten b2b PhaseOne, Softest Hard, Xaebor, YVM3, and DeathBeat.
The festival will also add an opening back-to-back set through the HEX DJ Competition, scheduled for October 11 at Sunbar in Tempe. According to the organizers, part of the competition’s proceeds will benefit Rosie’s House, an Arizona nonprofit focused on access to music education. Oct 11 @ Sunbar
