Klay Thompson has been ejected for the first time in his career for a heated exchange with Devin Booker during a game between the Warriors and the Suns.
There seems to be no bad blood between the two as both players expressed respect to each other afterwards. In a postgame interview Booker revealed the exact thing that Thompson said to him.
“‘I have four rings,’” the Suns star said when asked what his opponent was saying to him. “Repeat it over and over. And they do.”
It was Phoenix that came on top, winning the game 134-105 with Booker scoring 34 points, grabbing 2 rebounds and dishing out 7 assists.
