The Boston Celtics guard Derrick White was interviewed following Boston’s 126-120 win over the Orlando Magic on Saturday. The team was on the second leg of a back-to-back and has now notched their third straight win to kick off the season. White came up big against the Magic and notched 27 points on 10-of-17 shooting, including 5-of-9 from beyond the arc.
On getting more comfortable with the Celtics, White said, “Yeah, I’ve been feeling comfortable this whole training camp, this whole preseason, these first couple games. So I think the big thing this summer was just confidence for me, and that’s what I was focusing on and doing a lot of different things to get back to that way.”
