TALLAHASSEE, Fla. — College football fans can now weigh in on the 2026 Biletnikoff Award. The Tallahassee Quarterback Club Foundation says its FanVote opened September 23 and allows fans to cast one vote per day for the receiver they believe has been the season’s best. The fan tally counts as one official vote alongside the national selection committee during each round that determines the semifinalists, three finalists, and the winner. It does not give every individual fan a separate committee vote. Despite its association with wide receivers, the Biletnikoff Award recognizes the season’s outstanding FBS pass catcher regardless of position. A tight end, running back, or other eligible player can win based on receiving performance. The foundation can also add players to its watch list as the season progresses. Voting to select the semifinalists is scheduled for November 9–15, followed by the semifinalists’ announcement on November 16. The three finalists are scheduled to be announced on November 24, and the winner on December 11. Biletnikoff Award Biletnikoff Award
