Next season John Wall will participate in the ‘Battle of LA’ as he joined one of the city’s two NBA teams – the Clippers. The 31-year-old point guard, who sat out the entire last season, is excited about the opportunity and wants to be a part of such games.
“I think it’s gonna be a great battle, and I think it’s a great opportunity for me,” Wall said, via San Luis Obispo. “I think a lot of people get to see me play on TV, with Kawhi and those guys they have a lot of TV games, I love the stage. When the lights is bright, that’s the best time to perform, so I’m excited for it.”
While the Clippers are not expected to make any groundbreaking moves this offseason, the Lakers on the other hand are reportedly interested in Kyrie Irving and want to offload Russell Westbrook.
