(USBC) is proud to announce its highly anticipated 2025 “Sweet 16” USBC National Conference, presented by American Airlines, taking place July 30 – August 1, 2025, on the historic Former BET Campus in Washington, D.C. This year’s theme, “Power, Policy & Prosperity,” sets the tone for an unforgettable convening of Black business owners, thought leaders, corporate partners, and advocates dedicated to accelerating Black economic advancement.

Celebrating 16 years of elevating Black-owned businesses, this year’s conference is more than a milestone — it’s a movement. From the main stage to in-depth breakout sessions, from cookouts to curated marketplaces, the 2025 USBC National Conference is designed to fuel business success, champion policy reform, and spark economic transformation across Black America.

On the second evening, attendees will gather for Voice of Victory: Night of Inspiration, a soul-stirring celebration of faith, resilience, and purpose. It’s a space to reflect, recharge, and honor the inner strength that powers our journeys.

The final night of the conference closes with elegance and excitement at the Monte Carlo Fundraiser, powered by American Airlines and sponsored by PENN Entertainment.
