Phoenix, Ariz. — Pink Petal BTS was started by Ezhana Graff in Feb. of 2024 when she turned her love of storytelling into a successful business.
Pink Petal BTS specializes in behind-the-scenes wedding content that a professional photographer might not catch. Using only her iPhone 16 Pro, Graff manages to create high-quality, real-time videos and candid clips that couples can share instantly. The content includes everything from the small in-between moments to the big emotional ones.
Milestones and Memories
Graff feels “incredibly honored” to be one of Arizona Bride‘s Best of 2025 finalists. Her business has only been running for a year now and she is grateful to every couple who helped her get to where she is today.
“Being recognized in this way means so much, and I’m grateful for every couple who has trusted me to document their big day, and every vendor that has supported me as I built this business from the ground up,” Graff said.
Graff started her business in February of 2024, and every moment since has been one of growth and discovery for her.
Being a woman in the wedding industry, Graff ran into some challenges. She strives to capture weddings in a way that feels “personal, raw and authentic,” but she experienced push back from vendors who didn’t take her seriously.
“I had to work twice as hard to prove my value in a space where traditional roles were already established,” Graff said.
Being a finalist in two categories, Best Wedding Content Creator and Best New Wedding Business, is a huge milestone for her. She is immensely grateful for all of the support she has received along the way.
“It took time to refine my style, find my ideal clients, and establish myself in the wedding industry, but every step has been worth it,” Graff said.
Any struggles that she faced in the beginning of her journey only fueled her passion and motivation to find like-minded clients. She will always remember the first couple that shared her vision back in 2024 when she was just starting out.
Growth and Goals
Pink Petal BTS is a black-owned and woman-owned business. This can cause some difficulties when carving out a space in wedding content creation, as the field is still growing.
“I’ve also found a strong sense of community among other Black wedding vendors, and I’m proud to contribute to an industry that is becoming more inclusive and representative of all love stories,” Graff said, “At times, being a Black business owner has also meant navigating spaces where diversity is still growing.”
Now that she has finally refined her business, she wants to make a goal of working with more Black couples and reflect the diversity she values in the wedding industry.
“I want to ensure that Black couples feel seen, valued and beautifully documented in my work,” Graff said.
Graff, now pregnant, is having to navigate the difficult balance between growing her business and growing her family.
“I want to show other women, especially Black women, that we belong in this industry, that our work is valuable and that we can build successful businesses while honoring every part of who we are,” Graff said.
Goals are important for anyone, especially a business owner like Graff. She wishes to continue to grow her business and to give couples something special to look back on.
“The ability to create something that couples can relive instantly made me fall in love with this work,” Graff said, “I want to be remembered as someone who helped couples relive their wedding day through authentic, heartfelt moments.”
