The Toronto Raptors announced Thursday they have signed small forward Justin Champagnie (Sham- Penny) to a multi-year contract. Per team policy, the financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Champagnie, 6-foot-6, 210 pounds, averaged 2.3 points, 2.0 rebounds, and 7.8 minutes in 36 games as a rookie with Toronto last season. He shot .463 (31-67) from the field, .357 (10-28) from three-point range, and scored in double figures twice.
