LeBron James return to action after a one-game suspension to lead the Los Angeles Lakers over the Pacers in Indiana. James dropped 39 points, but he also had two courtside spectators ejected for going too far.

James was visibly irritated, dragging the referee all the way to the unruly fans to get them thrown out of the arena. James talks on the incident afterwards.

“There’s a difference between cheering on your home faithful…and then there’s moments where it goes outside the lines,” LeBron James said after the Lakers win. “When obscene gestures and language come into it — can’t be tolerated.”

In any case, James exploded for 39 points, six assists and five rebounds to lead the Lakers to an 124-116 overtime victory over the Indiana Pacers.

After losing to the Knicks, the Lakers were desperate to return to their winning ways Wednesday, while Anthony Davis was out due to a non-COVID illness.
